TO MAKE A BOOKING or a reservation, please telephone or e-mail, stating the property and the dates. We will tell you immediately whether the property is available, and if so, hold it for you for a few days until we receive your first payment, together with the booking form (see below).  Please review the bedroom plans at this stage. Payment may be by cheque, credit card, debit card, or bank transfer.

TO SECURE YOUR BOOKING please send one week's rent (or 50% of total rent if booking for more than two weeks). This will be acknowledged immediately, in writing, to confirm your booking. Full instructions for finding the property and the local agent will be sent to you at this time. The balance of the rent must be sent not later than 8 weeks before your arrival please. For the Chateaux we require a refundable deposit of €800 (approximately £500) to be given to the staff on your arrival please. This will be refunded after your stay less the cost of telephone calls (metered and billed at cost), pool heating (unlikely if you cover the pool at night), central heating (unlikely in summer), and any breakages.  Wireless broadband (where available) is provided free of charge.
